Managing Director, John
McCarthy, takes a hands on role and personally oversees and monitors all
projects, who together with his Senior Management team adopt a no
nonsense, non adversarial approach to all contracts.
Our objectives are to provide
all our clients with value for money and innovative solutions. Our
greatest asset lie in the skills and experience of our personnel.

We Supply our own plant and
false work equipment, MFL have a skilled and experienced workforce of 100
– 150 operatives.
Our aim is to improve the
efficiency of the supply chain and programme logistics towards better
build, cost certainty and timely completion.
Whilst continually striving
to expand our client base, the staff work hard to build and maintain long
term relationships with existing clients and this is borne out by the fact
that 85% of our current workload is repeat orders from satisfied customers.
Prior to setting up his own Company, John worked in the industry of Civil
Engineering, Topdown Construction, Ground works and Concrete Frames for
over 20 years.
